Asset Engineer- Asset performance Management

Overview

Asset Engineer- Asset performance Management to provide global support for master data management activities on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Materials Management (MM) from the Maintenance Technology Center.

What you'll do

• Prepare and update master equipment list (MEL)/asset register and perform physical asset verification.
• Develop functional locations (FLOC) and bills of materials (BOM) for equipment.
• Manage SAP-PM maintenance planning items including PM plan, task lists, and task list groups.
• Create and cleanse/standardize/enrich and de-duplicate SAP MM materials.
• Perform MRO spares criticality analysis and define stock/non-stock spares and replenishment studies.
• Create and validate equipment reliability strategies and optimize predictive preventive maintenance (PPM) activities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years working experience in chemical/petrochemical plants with reliability, maintenance, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Strong expertise in maintenance and materials master data management (MDM).
• Proficiency managing ERP/CMMS master data in compliance with SAP PM and MM module standards.
• Collaborative communication with stakeholders across different regions.
• Proactive problem-solving to provide solutions to challenges.
