Assistant Facility Manager

Overview

Assistant Facility Manager responsible for managing facility services and supporting the Facility Manager to ensure smooth site operations.

What you'll do

• Manage facility services including help desk issues and user services.
• Assist in premises maintenance, including asset, vendor, and procurement-related activities.
• Oversee offsite record management, including document collection and retrieval.
• Monitor the help desk system, ensuring rectification works are recorded and actioned.
• Conduct routine detailed floor inspections and ensure working-environment standards are met.
• Support meetings/events operations and help with relocations or ad hoc projects.

What you'll need

• 4-5 years of mandatory experience.
• 5 years of experience in facility management.
• 3 years of experience as a facility executive.
• Graduation as the educational qualification.
• Ability to adapt and perform under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
• Good communication skills.

Details

• Location: Malad, Mumbai (on-site).
• Shift timings: 24*7 shifts.
• Work schedule: 6 days/week (scheduled weekly hours: 48).
• Notice period: Immediate joiner.
