Assistant Manager - Sales

Overview

Assistant Manager - Sales to drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and executing sales initiatives alongside the Director and Associate Director of Sales.

What you'll do

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned market segments.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and forums, and conduct client visits and sales calls.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales action plans and maintain sales activity records and forecasts.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guide the team to departmental objectives.

What you'll need

• Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in hotel sales, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Good understanding of local market dynamics and corporate/business segments.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
