Assistant Manager Soft Services

Overview

Assistant Manager Soft Services supports building operations and the delivery of facility services, working with vendors, site leads, and the Facility Manager.

What you'll do

• Oversee building operations, service contracts, and financial management.
• Coordinate with selected vendors/suppliers on goal setting, performance criteria, and performance reviews.
• Support sourcing and site managers through procurement.
• Ensure compliance with operational audit and safety standards.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, custodial, security, and other building services delivery.
• Manage annual operating budgets and implement programs to reduce costs and increase productivity.

What you'll need

• 8-10 years in facilities management or related area of operation.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Proficiency in a range of IT tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical, organization, and presentation skills.
• Graduate in Hospitality management and Associates in facilities, property, business, or related.
