Duty Engineer

Overview

Duty Engineer responsible for preventive maintenance excellence and engineering operations at site, including coordinating with vendors and managing maintenance schedules, records, and incident/incident-related tools.

What you'll do

• Achieve preventive maintenance excellence and meet KPI/SLAs and service level targets.
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical, HVAC, PACs, water/plumbing/sanitary systems, elevators/lifts, and cafeteria equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance/service practices for M&E contractors per manufacturer recommendations.
• Follow maintenance schedules and shut downs in consultation with OEM and Accenture, and perform daily inspections of log books and checklists.
• Manage spares and coordinate quarterly R&M requirements collation and PO follow-ups until invoice submission.
• Oversee reporting and records across daily to yearly engineering reporting, including updates to log books, history cards, and incident reports.
• Support emergency evacuation procedures and manage health & safety issues; conduct audits and manage VIP/client visit coordination without escalations.

What you'll need

• B.E. or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical.
• Overall experience of 1–2 years.
• Industry experience of 0–1 year.
• Technical skills in M&E-related equipment and MS Office and mail communication.
• Communication and interpersonal behaviors including teamwork, learning attitude, and positive thinking.
• Experience managing M&E technicians (10 staff managed).
