Maintenance Engineer Supervisor (Mechanical)

Overview

Maintenance Engineer Supervisor (Mechanical) responsible for safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance of manufacturing and utility equipment to minimize plant downtime and support uninterrupted production.

What you'll do

• Attend to mechanical breakdowns and rectifications using job orders and permits.
• Coordinate with other service teams and prioritize work orders to resolve plant issues.
• Execute preventive maintenance and overhauls of cGMP equipment and critical mechanical subparts.
• Conduct health checks on tanks, vessels, flame arresters, and safety valves and rectify issues.
• Maintain GMP-aligned documentation including shift logbooks and history cards.
• Perform mechanical LOTO procedures and carry out routine site inspections for potential issues.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate maintenance shift staff and create daily/weekly schedules.
• Manage emergency repairs, oversee third-party vendors/external contractors, and support HSE compliance.

What you'll need

• Hold an I.T.I / Diploma (Mechanical) qualification.
• Have 10-12 years of plant maintenance experience.
• Have experience in a Pharma API manufacturing facility.
