Assoc, AI & IT Operations Engineer

Overview

As an Assoc, AI & IT Operations Engineer, you will administer, coordinate, and continuously improve enterprise AI tools and related technical programs, while supporting adjacent IT and security needs as priorities shift.

What you'll do

• Manage enterprise AI platforms including configuration, access, settings, connectors, and permissions.
• Track and evaluate new AI tool features, releases, integrations, and connector capabilities.
• Support AI tooling governance, risk review, and oversight coordination with IT and security.
• Assist with API-related work including documentation, testing, and operational follow-up.
• Perform operational cleanup, process follow-through, and general support tasks to improve efficiency.
• Partner on AI engineering work such as testing and implementation support.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and execute reliably across responsibilities.

What you'll need

• 4+ years experience with enterprise technology tools, IT operations, security, or technical program coordination.
• Strong interest in AI platforms and emerging features/integrations for enterprise use cases.
• Ability to work across strategic and operational tasks.
• Hands-on mindset with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to take on a broad range of tasks and help wherever needed.
