Associate Accounting Specialist

Overview

Associate Accounting Specialist in Navi Mumbai responsible for accurate and complete financial and tax records in compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.

What you'll do

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of accounting and tax activities per company standards.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and compliance activities.
• Perform reconciliations and conduct flux analysis to explain significant variances.
• Prepare quarterly and year-end schedules.
• Execute and monitor 3rd party contracts.
• Facilitate SOX compliance for accounting and tax reporting and compliance activities.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in financial accounting and tax.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounting; qualified CPA preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Power Query, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and team-work mindset.
• Detail-oriented approach to processes.
