Overview

Senior Support Operations Representative handling financial backend operations in the Support Team, including remittance processing and policy-related payment reconciliation.

What you'll do

Develop, analyze, and document requirements (business, functional, and non-functional).
Complete assigned daily work tasks.
Research and clear exception items on internal and external programs.
Respond to emails and Team Salesforce tickets.
Produce and distribute reports and files.
Train existing team members on processes and procedures.
Participate in projects and keep up with industry/job-related trends.

What you'll need

Minimum 3 years of experience in financial or billing operations.
Proficiency in Excel.
Skilled in financial systems.
Experience with Salesforce.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Jira.
3 years’ experience in a customer support role.
