Overview

Client Account Servicing (CAS) Associate in Mumbai focused on client cashflow lifecycle management and day-to-day client servicing operations, supporting investment, sales, and global client relationship teams.

What you'll do

• Manage and execute day-to-day processing of client cashflows including subscriptions, redemptions, rebalances, and distributions.
• Review and validate transaction instructions for completeness and adherence to defined guidelines.
• Follow up with Operations and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely transaction execution.
• Track pending items and escalate exceptions or delays as required.
• Respond to cashflow-related queries from internal stakeholders on a timely basis.
• Support senior team members with client requests and cash-movement follow-ups.
• Respond to client queries on compliance attestations, audit confirmations, and regulatory documentation.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in asset management or financial services operations.
• Strong understanding of investment management operations, with focus on cashflow processes across institutional and fund structures.
• Proven experience managing high-volume transactional workflows with strong accuracy and control standards.
• Understanding of Investment Management Agreements (IMAs) and how contractual terms translate into cashflow execution requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and exception-management capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant workflow/documentation/case-management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail with a risk and controls mindset.
