Track and Trace Associate

Overview

Track and Trace Associate responsible for booking shipments, monitoring key global milestones, and coordinating updates across branches, depots, and service providers.

What you'll do

• Book HAWBs for outsourced service providers in Maestro as per request.
• Assist APAC branches with daily post-flight checks updates.
• Monitor global email communications to support smooth shipment flow.
• Track global shipments through milestones such as collection, arrivals/departures, customs clearance, and delivery.
• Ensure pre-alert acknowledgements on Maestro by APAC branches and OSPs.
• Monitor high-value shipments to meet agreed TATs and report deviations or delays.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to follow up on missing shipments and provide monthly and daily reports.

What you'll need

• Experience booking HAWBs in Maestro (as stated for the role).
• Ability to monitor global shipment milestones including collection, departure/arrivals, customs clearance, and POD.
• Ability to coordinate with Marken stakeholders, depots, branches, and UPS tracking teams.
• Ability to prepare monthly reports for APAC OSPs.
• Ability to run daily reports related to dry ice replenishments and tracking device effectiveness.
• Ability to make follow-up calls to Marken branches as required.
