Associate Accounting Specialist

Overview

Provide consistent cost accounting support and reporting to stakeholders as an Associate Accounting Specialist.

What you'll do

• Generate and review Month End Closing reports.
• Support Global Cost Product Cost Estimates (PCE) reporting.
• Create and maintain accounting segments using GMID requests via PMR tools or mailbox.
• Coordinate and reconcile inventory counts through the paper reconciliation process.
• Conduct cost center reviews and cycle counting reviews.
• Represent the team in new projects and work process changes/improvements (including RPA) with other Finance teams.
• Create and maintain documentation and implement process improvements or automations for CAEC work processes.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of costing or relevant experience (Qualified CMA/CA).
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
• Strong knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency with MS Apps including Excel, Word, Teams, and PPT.
• Experience with automation tools and Power BI and Diamond System reporting tools.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and solve operational/analytical problems using established procedures.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
