Associate Analyst

Overview

As an Associate Analyst in the Direct Lending business (CSD Consumer Lending team), you handle customer lending enquiries in a 24/7 environment and support retail bank customers through phone and messaging conversations.

What you'll do

• Take inbound calls and enquiries to build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Ask specific questions to understand customers’ financial situations and identify lending needs.
• Resolve and identify lending enquiries through quality conversations over messaging services.
• Adhere to process policies and procedures to contribute to error-free processing.
• Identify process improvements and support higher customer satisfaction.
• Deal with complex enquiries and manage complaints within your delegation.
• Maintain clear communication with the Team Manager and collate common issues/themes.

What you'll need

• 0-6 months of relevant experience in Support and Banking domain.
• Ability to work in flexible 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Customer-centric approach to interact with customers through messaging.
• Use knowledge of the bank’s products and services gained through ongoing training.
• Practice the bank’s customer service standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Computer Applications & Commerce.
