Securities Operations Associate Manager

Overview

Manage securities operations specialists to ensure quality and compliance on transactional delivery, including handling escalations and reporting issues.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of specialists performing securities operations transactional tasks with quality and compliance.
• Act as a first point of contact for delivery tasks and escalations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk-control development.
• Ensure the team meets delivery expectations and resolves issues related to reporting and direct-report career path activities.
• Collaborate with professionals and influence professionals at multiple levels, including more experienced managers.
• Lead the team to achieve objectives.
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for securities operations.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of Securities Operations experience (or equivalent via work experience, training, military experience, or education).
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• For Europe, Middle East & Africa only: Securities Operations experience (or equivalent via work experience, training, education).
