Associate Analyst

Overview

Associate Analyst (Intercompany Analyst) role in Eaton’s finance team, focused on accurate intercompany deliverables, SLA adherence, month-end closing, and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Ensure intercompany deliverables are completed accurately, efficiently, and per SLAs.
• Perform intercompany activities according to expectations and SLAs to support customer satisfaction.
• Use knowledge of intercompany netting, OOB analysis, follow-up procedures, and month-end journal entries.
• Maintain smooth month-end closing with accurate and timely transactions.
• Collaborate with RTR Center of Excellence (COE) and other COE workstreams on process improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives, including automation of finance processes.
• Maintain documentation and internal controls across intercompany processes.
• Assist with annual and interim audits (including those by EY) for readiness and compliance.

What you'll need

• Actively drive continuous improvement by identifying process simplification, improvement, and automation opportunities.
• Use lean tools including Six Sigma.
• Use lean tools including Business Process Improvement (BPI).
• Use lean tools including Kaizen.
• Use lean tools including Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
