Associate Analyst Sales

Overview

Provide general support to product and sales teams under direct supervision, including handling product samples and escalating issues.

What you'll do

• Assist product and sales teams as required.
• Coordinate sample requests from sales representatives.
• Place, label, and pack sample orders.
• Coordinate with sales representatives, accounts, and manufacturers.
• Receive, stock, and organize product samples and related materials.
• Identify and escalate issues to product or sales teams.

What you'll need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Basic Microsoft Word skills.
• Basic email communication skills.
• No prior work experience required.

Nice to have

• Customer service or sales support experience.
