Logistics Coordinator 1

Overview

Coordinate logistics operations to move products and materials safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Work with logistics partners, customs authorities, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders across local and national transportation activities.

What you'll do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Select transportation solutions for timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, customs declarations, permits, licenses, and certificates.
• Monitor shipments and communicate delivery updates, delays, and risks.
• Support customs clearance with brokers and external authorities.
• Provide freight cost analyses, route evaluations, and alternative shipping solutions.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and reports.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight forwarding, or a related function.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of transportation processes and shipping documentation.
• Understanding of customs clearance requirements and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems.
