Order Administrator

Overview

Order Administrator responsible for parts order fulfillment, stock returns/inventory management, and logistical incident handling for the Europe region.

What you'll do

• Source and ship NCR spare parts inventory on shipment orders for the Europe region.
• Ensure incoming part requests are accepted and delivered within expected delivery targets.
• Coordinate stock returns of good and defective parts to NCR Central Parts Depot.
• Manage return parts collections from customer site locations with follow-up to a logistics provider.
• Handle stock audits, update stock quantities, investigate discrepancies, and manage in-transit/distress resolutions.
• Manage logistics incident workflow from order creation to completion and coordinate with field operations and suppliers.
• Analyze logistical spend/order data and share daily/weekly/monthly reports; log shipment failures on an escalation portal.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
• Windows PC skills and MS Office applications including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• At least two years’ work-related experience.

Nice to have

• Extensive knowledge of general business methods and practices with an emphasis in materials and logistics management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across organizations with a sense of urgency for customers.
• Competence in functional expertise and Continuous Improvement methods.
• Can complete job assignments with minimal supervision.
