What you'll do

• Own pipeline creation in a regional pod in North America with an AE on a shared target.
• Research accounts, identify stakeholders, and craft outreach to earn replies.
• Qualify leads by confirming pain, need, timeline, and authority before booking.
• Collaborate with AEs, marketing, and the events team across the go-to-market motion.
• Build AI workflows, agents, or systems using AI tools to improve over time.

What you'll need

• Understand what the BDR/SDR role involves, including outbound work and qualification.
• Be AI-native and have built something with AI.
• Have experience with an AI automation, agent, workflow, or side project that changed how you work.
• Communicate with precision and confidence in writing and out loud.
• Treat personalization as non-negotiable.
• Be excited by category creation and helping define an “AI Context Platform.”
