Overview

Associate - Claims role supporting claims-related research, documentation, and project team work within a hybrid setup.

What you'll do

• Perform basic research, data entry, and documentation tasks.
• Support project teams with administrative and analytical work.
• Learn claims processes and consulting methodologies.
• Participate in training and knowledge sessions.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness in assigned deliverables.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Risk Management and Insurance.
• Hold the Associate in Claims (AIC) certification (The Institutes, USA).
• Have the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) certification (American Academy of Professional Coders, AAPC).
• Have the Certified Life and Health Insurance Specialist (CL11) certification (Tennessee Department of Insurance).
• Have required skills across claims litigation, claims management, and insurance policy review.
• Speak English at Beginner level (A1) with English required.
