Associate, Client Service

Overview

Associate, Client Service connects Guidepoint clients with subject-matter experts to answer specific business research questions.

What you'll do

• Review and analyze client research requests to identify relevant experts across geographies, industries, and topics.
• Use phone, LinkedIn, and outreach to recruit new Advisors to the Guidepoint network.
• Communicate why an Advisor’s expertise fits the client project.
• Screen experts for project suitability and create professional profiles for client consideration.
• Build and maintain relationships with other Guidepoint employees, offices, and Advisors.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree and a strong academic record required.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Desire to work in a sales/lead generation role that is KPI and metrics-driven.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
