Overview

Partner Sales role focused on learning the organization’s offerings, building client relationships, and supporting sales pipeline growth through leads, referrals, and account expansion.

What you'll do

• Learn product/service value propositions and competitive advantages in detail.
• Develop client relationships and communicate client business needs to internal teams.
• Respond to customer requests within a specialized area and assist account managers.
• Generate leads and referrals to grow the sales pipeline and expand assigned accounts.
• Conduct competitive analysis covering competitors’ products, pricing, and strategies.
• Support customer interactions including meetings, calls, and presentations with experienced team members.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve sales and communication skills.

What you'll need

• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or related fields.
• Recommended four-year Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge/skills include customer relationship management and business development.
• Experience indicated with outbound calls, product demonstrations, and presales.
• Skills include solution selling, value propositions, and technical sales.
• Cross-org skills include effective communication and learning agility.
• Understands sales process concepts including sales prospecting and selling techniques.
