Associate Compliance

Overview

Associate Compliance is part of the manufacturing compliance team, focused on document management and support for compliance and audit readiness.

What you'll do

• Manage document issuance and retrieval for manufacturing compliance.
• Convert manual forms into electronic systems through SDS as part of digital transformation.
• Support responses to audit observations.
• Initiate, coordinate, and obtain CCF pre-approval with CFTs, then implement and close.
• Track and monitor CAPA/CCF milestones until closure.
• Conduct manufacturing-area walkthroughs and propose process improvement actions.

What you'll need

• More than 4 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry.
• Masters or Bachelors degree in Science.
• Knowledge of Good manufacturing practices (cGMP).
• Collaboration skills with CFTs.
• Attention to detail to achieve targets.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge of software including PDOCS, SDS, and SAP.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals manufacturing.
