Soft Service Manager

Overview

Soft Service Manager responsible for on-site service delivery, inspections, vendor coordination, and service operations. Reports to the Campus Lead and oversees supervisory and F&B/day-to-day activities.

What you'll do

• Inspect work performed to ensure it meets specifications and established standards.
• Ensure upkeep of assignments/tasks as per set SOP.
• Plan schedules and inspect/assign work to subordinate supervisors and/or teams.
• Conduct regular briefings and brief/de-brief supervisory staff.
• Manage vendor meetings for resolution of site-related issues.
• Oversee F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines.
• Maintain records, budgets, and prepare reports (DMR, MMR, QBR) for management.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5–7 years of work experience (hotel management/hospitality via degree/diploma).
• Effective communication skills and knowledge of customer service processes.
• Proven food and beverage management experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, restaurant management software, and POS.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations compliance.

• Location: Hyderabad, TS (on-site).
• Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
• Reporting line: Campus Lead.
