Associate Consultant - OpenShift

Overview

Associate Consultant responsible for administering and supporting an OpenShift setup for a large PSU client in Mumbai, handling technical issues and Day 2 operations with shifts.

What you'll do

• Assist the client with review of implemented design documentation.
• Manage OpenShift status and health.
• Manage masters and nodes including adding/removing apps and worker nodes.
• Secure OpenShift by applying patches and maintaining security policies.
• Monitor and collect OpenShift metrics and analyze performance issues.
• Provide RCA and resolutions for priority 1 and other important tickets, including production critical issues.
• Create SOPs for day 2 operations and for critical updates/upgrades rollouts.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of OpenShift cluster administration experience.
• Knowledge of managing container infrastructure setup to perform the role responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or other technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Troubleshooting skills for OpenShift clusters.
• L2 support and administration experience for OpenShift clusters.
• Experience working with large customer setups.
• Excellent communication skills to drive technical conversations with the customer.
