Associate Consultant - Inclusion

Overview

The Associate Consultant - Inclusion role supports the global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) team with coordination, administration, and execution of DE&I projects and programs across regions.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative support for ongoing and ad hoc global and local DE&I deliverables.
• Support DE&I project management for initiatives such as leadership development and significant-day coordination.
• Conduct research on inclusion topics and help compile information for presentations.
• Assist with DE&I surveys, benchmarks, award submissions, and RFPs.
• Help manage internal DE&I communications, including planning, publishing, and minute-taking for DE&I teams.
• Maintain DE&I content updates using internal and external resources and tools as needed.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in program coordination, communications, and stakeholder management.
• Passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
• Good communication skills.
• General understanding of the human resources discipline; HR knowledge is an advantage.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are an advantage.
• Technical skills/systems knowledge (e.g., PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office applications) are required.

Details

• Location: Pune, India.
• Full-time hours with flexibility to support the global team, including some EMEA shifts.
• DE&I team members are based in the Philippines, India, UK, and the US.
