Overview

Provider Data Operations Associate responsible for building and maintaining accurate provider and healthcare institute data for a healthcare marketplace.

What you'll do

• Use SQL to extract, manipulate, audit, and analyze data.
• Build and maintain provider profiles by merging data from multiple sources.
• Use Excel/Google spreadsheets to manage datasets, create reports, and conduct data analysis.
• Review and verify provider information to keep details up to date.
• Address gaps or inconsistencies in provider data through outreach.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance standards are met.

What you'll need

• At least a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of work experience.
• Relevant experience in data analysis, SQL, or Excel-based roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with complex data.
• Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve data discrepancies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
