Associate Customer Business Manager - ADUSA Foods

Overview

Associate Customer Business Manager (ACBM) for ADUSA Foods within Unilever's Customer Business Development (sales) organization, managing the Ahold Delhaize USA relationship and driving profitable sales volume for the Foods business unit, including owning Knorr.

What you'll do

• Manage the retailer relationship at Ahold (Stop and Shop, The Giant Company and Giant Food) and Delhaize (Hannaford and Food Lion).
• Manage NSV/Turnover, forecasting and trade investment by customer, including planogram and retail initiatives.
• Lead the deduction process across ADUSA.
• Optimize product distribution, pricing, forecasting and promotions to drive profitable growth.
• Customize corporate marketing and merchandising programs with Ahold banners and coordinate Category Management and Joint Business Plans.
• Drive strategic relationships and accelerated growth while operating within approved Trade Marketing parameters and driving trade investment efficiency.
• Interface routinely with multiple internal and external departments, balancing individual customer needs with total market integrity.
• Improve in-store and online presence by leading execution across shopper marketing, category management, customer marketing, finance, business development and supply chain.
• Drive Omni-channel initiatives with ADUSA and develop strategic partnerships for the future.

What you'll need

• Undergraduate degree is required.
• Must be skilled in verbal and written communications.
• Must be able to effectively relate with multiple levels of management, both internally and externally.
• Must be a strategic thinker who can work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to handle complexity and time management challenges.
• Must have strong relationship building and management skills.
• Skilled negotiator.
• Highly organized.

Nice to have

• Trade Marketing, Sales, and Category Management experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of IRI, Evergreen, Merlin and Customer POS Data is strongly desired.

• Remote - USA.
• Pay range $88,600 to $133,000.
• Bonus eligible.
