Associate Customer Success Specialist - Service

Overview

Support customer adoption and satisfaction by providing foundational CDK product guidance, basic training, documentation, and escalation support. Work with Customer Success Specialists and Managers to improve product usage and client outcomes.

What you'll do

• Guide clients through CDK systems and standard workflows.
• Deliver product walkthroughs and assist with virtual and onsite training.
• Guide customers toward established utilization benchmarks.
• Document client interactions, action items, and outcomes accurately.
• Identify routine blockers and escalate them according to guidelines.
• Coordinate sessions, resources, and basic reports with internal teams.

What you'll need

• Automotive experience.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service, organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain product fundamentals and standard workflows.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to dealership locations.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of experience in customer success, support, training, or client-facing work.
• Experience with dealership operations or automotive workflows.
• Experience with dealership accounting workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Exposure to Salesforce or other customer documentation tools.

• Remote role in the USA.
• Must live near a major airport.
• Compensation: $60,000–$68,000 yearly.
