Customer Value Architect

Overview

Advise B2B SaaS customers on adopting Mixpanel, connecting product usage to measurable business outcomes and ROI. Build stakeholder relationships, support account plans, and partner with account and renewal teams.

What you'll do

• Own value plans for assigned customer accounts.
• Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Update adoption plans based on customer priorities and pain points.
• Support expansion and renewal execution with adoption evidence.
• Lead enablement sessions on dashboards, funnels, and retention modeling.
• Monitor usage and health signals to identify risks and adoption opportunities.
• Triage product issues and coordinate escalations with internal teams.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a related field supporting B2B SaaS accounts.
• Experience building relationships across business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to explain data models and product metrics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience connecting product usage to customer outcomes and ROI.
• Hands-on experience with AI or agentic tooling, such as MCP-based workflows or LLM copilots.
• Collaborative approach to working across account teams and internal partners.
• Good judgment when prioritizing accounts and actions.

Nice to have

• Background in product analytics, growth, or data-driven product development.
• Experience in technical advisory or professional services.
• Familiarity with analytics instrumentation, event tracking, or data tooling.
