Customer Value Architect III

Overview

Advise a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers on adoption, product usage, and measurable business outcomes from their Mixpanel investment. Partner with customer stakeholders and internal account teams to support expansion, renewals, and long-term value.

What you'll do

• Own account value plans tied to customer goals and outcomes.
• Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Run discovery and create customer adoption plans.
• Partner on expansion and renewal execution.
• Lead enablement sessions on dashboards, funnels, and retention modeling.
• Monitor usage signals and lead business reviews.
• Triage product issues and coordinate escalations.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a related field supporting B2B SaaS accounts.
• Experience managing business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to explain data models and product metrics to non-technical audiences.
• Experience connecting product usage to customer outcomes and ROI.
• Experience building and running adoption plans.
• Hands-on experience with AI or agentic tooling, such as MCP-based workflows or LLM copilots.
• Strong collaboration and account-prioritization judgment.

Nice to have

• Background in product analytics, growth, or data-driven product development.
• Technical advisory or professional services experience.
• Familiarity with analytics instrumentation, event tracking, or data tooling.
