Customer Value Architect III

Overview

Serve as a relationship-first advisor for B2B SaaS accounts, connecting Mixpanel investments to measurable customer outcomes. Own adoption and value plans while partnering with account and renewal teams.

What you'll do

• Own value plans for accounts and connect customer problems to measured outcomes.
• Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Run discovery and convert findings into adoption plans and updates.
• Partner on expansion and renewal execution with account teams.
• Lead enablement sessions on dashboards, funnels, and retention modeling.
• Monitor usage, conduct business reviews, and identify adoption risks.
• Triage product issues and coordinate escalations with internal teams.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a related field supporting B2B SaaS accounts.
• Experience managing business and technical stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience connecting product usage to customer outcomes and ROI.
• Experience building adoption plans tied to customer goals.
• Hands-on experience with AI or agentic tooling, such as MCP-based workflows or LLM copilots.
• Ability to collaborate across account teams and prioritize actions effectively.

Nice to have

• Background in product analytics, growth, or data-driven product development.
• Technical advisory or professional services experience.
• Familiarity with analytics instrumentation, event tracking, or data tooling.

• Total target cash compensation is $125,500–$169,500 USD yearly.
