Overview
Associate Authentication Analyst responsible for ensuring the quality of internal and customer-facing validation products for DigiCert software.
What you'll do
- Execute validation scripts, then review completed test results.
- Package validation outputs into a transferable validation product.
- Handle phone, email, and live chat inquiries for pre-sales and customers.
- Recognize, document, and alert supervisors to trends in customer calls.
- Research customer organizations and verify organization contact details online.
- Analyze validation test data to confirm validation criteria or identify root causes of issues.
- Coordinate scheduling/implementation of validation testing with affected departments.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service.
- Comfortable working on a computer daily and conversing over the phone and via email.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products and other applicable software/applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills.
- Self-motivated time management and teamwork with diverse backgrounds.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or other technical degree.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role within the tech industry.
- Spanish speaking.
