Associate Director, Market Access

Overview

Associate Director, Market Access responsible for developing and executing market access plans and strategies for the organization’s products in India.

What you'll do

• Develop a market access plan and an execution map for products.
• Assess population and healthcare policy dynamics to adjust value propositions and reimbursement strategies.
• Strategize and drive market access activities to achieve business unit revenues for identified therapy areas/brands.
• Conduct patient and payer research and monitor policy shifts and payer engagement models.
• Develop pricing strategies, business cases, and HEOR projects in coordination with regional/global HEOR teams.
• Manage external and governmental stakeholder engagement to increase patient access and business opportunities.
• Provide people management including recruitment, target allocation, performance tracking, and developmental feedback.

What you'll need

• Masters/PhD in Public Health, HEOR, Pharmacy, Medical, Market Access, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in market access roles (preferably in healthcare industry).
• Experience in strategic and operational market access in oncology and NCD/preventive healthcare is a plus.
• Experience developing and executing market access strategies, robust value dossiers, and HTA submissions.
• Good knowledge of HEOR protocols.
• Ability to lead a team of senior professionals with prioritization and problem-solving skills.
