Overview

The Director, Consulting is a leadership role responsible for building and executing the consulting services strategy and organizational capability, aligned to overall business goals.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to formulate and implement the consulting services strategy.
• Define and manage a sustainable, profitable consulting practice aligned to the business strategy.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of a team of consulting professionals.
• Provide direction on complex engagements by generating demand as a subject matter expert.
• Develop and manage processes, policies, and tools for financial, people, marketing, and delivery management.
• Manage client delivery against agreed contracts and guide customer excellence.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve revenue and expense targets and profitability goals.

What you'll need

• Deep knowledge of the IT industry environment and business needs.
• Robust understanding of IT operations and organizational service offerings.
• Strong client engagement experience.
• Ability to manage client value while maintaining profitable business results.
• Significant experience leading and operationally managing a consulting team.
• Significant experience dealing with clients and managing service levels.
• Significant stakeholder engagement experience across organization levels.
