Overview

Manager – HEVA (Evidence Synthesis) at Sanofi Business Operations in Hyderabad, managing evidence synthesis activities and related research projects for health economics and value-based evidence.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned evidence synthesis projects to plan and generate health economics and value-based evidence.
• Collaborate with Global HEVA leads to manage execution of quality research projects and economic models.
• Support planning, design, implementation, and completion of innovative evidence-based research programs.
• Create complex and specialized strategic HEVA content without supervision.
• Develop and review content created by HEVA associates and coach associates.
• Develop research plans for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch evidence, including multiple study and analysis types.
• Liaise with internal/global and local teams to identify evidence generation and dissemination needs and ensure milestones and timelines.

What you'll need

• 8 years of experience in HEOR for pharmaceuticals industry, CRO consultancy, or academia.
• Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary global teams and handle cross-functional work.
• Strong analytical skills to translate clinical and economic information into payer evidence strategies.
• Knowledge of health economics and health technology assessment (HTA) reviews.
• Advanced degree in life sciences/pharmacy/similar discipline or medical degree.
• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
