Associate Engineer

Overview

Associate Engineer responsible for remote commissioning, validation, integration, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC control systems.

What you'll do

• Handle startup, commissioning, and re-commission of customer HVAC, lighting, and refrigeration systems.
• Review technical documents such as wiring diagrams and as-builts.
• Support BMS commissioning and troubleshooting via calls, emails, and tickets.
• Diagnose system-level issues and optimize performance remotely.
• Track commissioning issues, punch points, and action items to closure using project trackers.
• Prepare commissioning reports, as-built documentation, and technical advisory notes.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience in BMS/control system commissioning, functional testing, and troubleshooting.
• Fair knowledge of HVAC systems and their operations.
• Good understanding of BMS programming and control logics.
• Familiarity with protocols like BACnet and Modbus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• BE in a related discipline (preferably Electronics/Instrumentation & Control/Mechatronics/Electrical) is required.
