Manager/Assistant Manager/Engineer- Electrical & ELV/BMS/Commissioning (Data Center/Mixed Use/Residential)

Overview

Oversee design review, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover of Electrical, ELV, and Building Management Systems (BMS) for data center, mixed-use, and residential developments.

What you'll do

• Manage planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover of Electrical, ELV, and BMS systems.
• Review and coordinate electrical designs, shop drawings, technical specifications, load calculations, and single line diagrams.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of HT/LT infrastructure, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, switchgear, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and power distribution.
• Lead deployment and integration of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, PA systems, structured cabling, ACS, fire alarm, intrusion detection, IPTV, and security management.
• Implement and commission BMS, Energy Management Systems (EMS), SCADA, and other smart building technologies.
• Conduct inspections and witness factory/site acceptance tests, integrated system testing, and commissioning activities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Engineer: 3-7 years in Electrical/ELV/BMS systems within construction/infrastructure/real estate/data center projects.
• Assistant Manager: 7-12 years managing multidisciplinary project activities.
• Manager: 12-18 years leading Electrical, ELV, and Commissioning functions for large-scale developments.
• Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG systems, UPS, switchgear, lighting, grounding, and power distribution.
• Hands-on experience with ELV systems and building automation.
• Experience with testing, commissioning, integrated systems validation, and project handover processes.
