Associate Engineer/ Engineer

Overview

Associate Engineer/Engineer role focused on elevator technical design, contract/specification analysis, and supporting production with engineering outputs.

What you'll do

• Analyze contracts and specifications to select suitable equipment for required solutions.
• Design circuit diagrams for elevators with non-standard requirements.
• Provide bills of materials to Production based on the approved diagrams.
• Consider safety, maintenance, and manufacturability in design decisions.
• Update order progress to stakeholders on a timely basis.
• Work independently on assigned tasks and deliver results on time.
• Share knowledge within the engineering team and participate in meetings/workshops.

What you'll need

• Knowledge of KONE equipment offering, technical design, and product strengths/limitations.
• Customer service mindset.
• Teamworking and good communication skills.
• Good verbal and email communication.
• AutoCAD knowledge (added advantage) is a software requirement/skill mentioned.
• Flexibility to work between teams.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (added advantage).
