Associate Engineer, IT MES

Overview

Associate Engineer, IT MES to support application lifecycle management and manufacturing IT solutions in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

• Manage the application lifecycle for software systems used in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Analyze user requirements with stakeholders and implement IT solutions with the global IT team.
• Plan and coordinate user training and acceptance testing/verification for new software releases.
• Perform applications software and hardware maintenance to support high uptime.
• Monitor system performance to detect abnormalities and help prevent unscheduled downtime.
• Support root cause analysis for critical incidents and drive continuous improvements.
• Close tickets on time according to the agreed SLA.

What you'll need

• Experience in application lifecycle management for software systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Experience conducting user requirement analysis with stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with a global IT team to implement and deliver manufacturing IT solutions.
• Ability to conduct user training and acceptance testing/verification for software releases.
• Experience with applications software and hardware maintenance for system uptime.
• Ability to monitor system performance and support root cause analysis for critical incidents.
• Ability to work with AI by leveraging and applying AI solutions.
