Associate Engineer - Modeling and Simulation (Mobility)

Overview

Associate Engineer focused on structural modeling and simulation for mobility projects, including finite element modeling and multi-disciplinary CAE simulations.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain finite element (FE) models in tools such as ANSYS.
• Perform structural analyses including linear static, modal, vibration, and basic non-linear.
• Apply FE meshing fundamentals like element selection, mesh quality, and convergence checks.
• Support fatigue and durability analysis using S–N concepts and stress post-processing for life assessment.
• Contribute to multi-body dynamics (MBD) work such as mechanism modeling, joints, constraints, and coupling with FE models.
• Provide CAE feedback to design teams and support design iterations for structural performance, durability, and NVH.

What you'll need

• 0–2 years of experience in finite element modeling, structural analysis, and CAE simulations.
• Proficiency in ANSYS for linear, non-linear, and modal analysis.
• Hands-on exposure to vibration, durability, and MBD simulations.
• B.Tech in the Mechanical domain.
• Skills in critical thinking, clear communication, accountability, and passion.
