Overview

Associate role in Finance & Accounting (F&A) for I2C. Focuses on billing, invoicing operations, CRM customer updates, and invoice corrections.

What you'll do

• Perform billing and invoicing with timely execution and accuracy.
• Monitor, review, and update customer details in CRM.
• Handle invoice corrections including credits and rebills.
• Respond to email queries/requests from field teams.
• Support and drive metrics.
• Update work instructions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Receivable collection experience/knowledge.
• Collections management involvement.
• English language proficiency at Intermediate B1 level required.
• Accounts Payable/AR-related domain knowledge.
• Certifications listed for Accounts Payable/related areas include CAMS, CFE, and others.
