Associate Financial Analyst, Loans & Distribution - India

Overview

Associate Financial Analyst will support the Loans and Distributions team with timely, accurate processing of distributions and loans while learning related operational workflows.

What you'll do

• Support timely and accurate processing of disbursements.
• Research and resolve outstanding issues related to distribution processing.
• Partner with trust companies, recordkeepers, and internal departments to ensure participant checks are mailed timely.
• Identify and ensure trust excesses are identified and invested or resolved timely.
• Communicate with clients on transaction forms that are not in good order and follow up to ensure completion.
• Identify escalated issues and refer them to your leadership team.

What you'll need

• Understand financial services industry, specifically 401(K) plan administration.
• Adapt and work in a team environment as an avid learner.
• Preference for 6 months to 3 years of office administration experience.
• Ability to document procedures that are clear and easy to understand.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
