Overview

Provide analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions and other financial transactions, helping clients assess the worth and potential risks of deals within the Valuations Group.

What you'll do

• Provide analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions and other financial transactions.
• Help clients make informed decisions by assessing the worth and potential risks of various deals.

What you'll need

• Good academic track record and strong work ethic.
• An understanding of valuation, including cost of capital, DCF, and other valuation tools.
• Attention to detail.
• Self-motivated attitude and able to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced skills set in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Mandatory skill sets: Valuations / Financial Modelling.
• Years of experience required: 1-3 years.
• Education qualification: CA / MBA (Chartered Accountant Diploma, MBA (Master of Business Administration)).

Nice to have

• Preferred skill sets: Excel, Financial Modelling.
• Exposure to databases such as Bloomberg, Capitaline etc.
• Internship experience in valuations / corporate finance space.
