Overview

Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative supporting customer claims investigations and status updates in a call center environment.

What you'll do

• Support and capture pertinent information from customers about their claims.
• Research claim details and provide status updates for new and existing claims.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience after researching complex account activity, and take appropriate claim-handling actions.
• Perform routine customer support while balancing exceptional service with investigative research.
• Answer incoming calls in a call center environment.
• Receive direction from a team lead and escalate questions or issues to more experienced roles.
• Interact with colleagues on day-to-day issues to help provide a seamless customer experience.

What you'll need

• 6+ months of customer service support experience, or an equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
