Overview

Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative role supporting customer claims through data capture, research, and status updates in a call center environment.

What you'll do

• Capture pertinent information from customers about their claims.
• Research and provide updates on the status of new and existing claims.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience after researching complex account activity and take appropriate claim-handling actions.
• Perform routine customer support tasks while balancing customer service and investigative research.
• Answer incoming calls in a call center environment.
• Receive direction from a team lead and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles.
• Interact with colleagues to support day-to-day issues and coordinate for a seamless customer experience.

What you'll need

• 6+ months of customer service support experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience, training, military experience, or education.
