Lead Fraud & Claims Operations Representative to support fraud and claims operations across complex, high-risk account activity.

What you'll do

• Support team performance, overall effectiveness, and cross-group operational tasks.
• Provide feedback and propose process and tool improvements for fraud and claims operations.
• Perform or guide research and handling for complex claims and account activity across multiple channels and products.
• Prioritize work independently and provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship for the fraud and claims team.
• Help resolve control deficiencies requiring coordination across cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance and subject-matter expertise to less experienced staff in complex fraud and claims situations.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of customer service support experience, or equivalent from work experience, training, or education.
