Senior Associate - Biobank Specialist

Overview

Senior Associate - Biobank Specialist responsible for managing day-to-day biobank tasks and supporting study operations.

What you'll do

• Support project management by initiating program meetings, updating trackers, and monitoring milestones.
• Manage day-to-day activities for assigned biobank tasks and responsibilities.
• Represent the biobank function on study startup meetings to discuss protocol, ICF, and assent language requirements.
• Participate in study planning discussions with applicable stakeholders.
• Support process improvement projects and revision of controlled documents.
• Support transfers of samples, data, and consent from various vendors.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree plus 5 years of related experience, or Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of related experience.
• Experience using electronic document management systems and principles.
• Strong attention to detail for verifying, proofreading, and reformatting documents.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and R&D functions as a team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
• Ability to learn quickly, solve problems, and multitask.
