Associate – IRM Architect, ITRA, Advisory

Overview

Lead quality engineering and testing for ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programmes. The role covers functional and regression testing across risk, compliance, issue, incident, and control management.

What you'll do

• Lead functional and regression testing for ServiceNow IRM and GRC processes.
• Convert user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases.
• Define end-to-end test scenarios across GRC programme towers.
• Design and maintain test plans, strategies, and test data sets.
• Conduct impact analysis for releases, upgrades, and defect fixes.
• Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support.
• Recommend improvements to automation coverage and DevOps integration.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of hands-on GRC experience covering risk, compliance, risk reporting, and enterprise data management.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience managing a GRC programme team.
• At least 4 years of ServiceNow domain experience, especially ServiceNow IRM.
• Experience with agile testing methodologies and the testing lifecycle.
• Knowledge of ADO, Jira, ServiceNow testing tools, or Bugzilla.
• Bachelor of Technology or Master of Business Administration qualification.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or GRC certification.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and ATF test integration.
• Experience with Selenium and Java or Playwright.
• Experience working in large global financial institutions.
