Associate Level 1

Overview

Associate Level 1 role focused on fund accounting and daily reconciliations for hedge fund clients, including NAV preparation and monthly client deliverables.

What you'll do

• Process and record portfolio activities such as trades, fees, corporate actions, and forex in the system.
• Perform daily reconciliations for cash, trades, and market value.
• Validate and justify reconciliation breaks for calculated NAVs at the fund level.
• Review and prepare hedge fund client NAVs on a monthly basis.
• Update and upload monthly factsheets to the client database per client deliverables.
• Review portfolio pricing and analyze pricing exceptions, if any.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of experience as a Fund Accountant or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting knowledge and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Basic understanding of hedge fund industry and reconciliations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
